SHIPPING & RETURNS


SHIPPING

We offer shipping within the U.S. via United States Postal Service on all U.S. orders.

USPS shipping options are:

  • USPS Priority Mail (1 to 3 days)
  • USPS Priority Mail Express (Overnight)
  • USPS Standard Post (2 to 8 days)

Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a USPS tracking number. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

You, or an authorized person, must sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, USPS will leave a re-delivery slip.

We cannot ship to post office boxes, APO/FPO addresses or a hotel or motel address. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam and all other U.S. possessions and territories situated outside North America. Oludar may also ship to select countries and territories outside of the united states. If you are interested in placing an order to be shipped outside of the united states, please send an e-mail to customercare@oludar.com with the subject “International Shipping”. Please include the item SKU, the city/country in which you reside, the desired shipping address, and the postal code. We will respond within three business days once we determine shipping costs, and if we are able to ship to your desired address.

RETURNS

You may return any product ordered on the oludar.com website for refund or exchange within sixty (60) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received with all tags attached.

To return a product, place the unworn item in the  pre-labeled return bag. Prior to shipping your return, please send an e-mail to customercare@oludar.com with the subject “return authorization”. We will provide a return authorization number which you will need to include when sending back your return. For more information on returns please see TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

EXCHANGES

To exchange a product, please contact customer service at customercare@oludar.com. If you received an item as a gift from oludar.com, you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value within sixty (60) days of delivery. You, the gift recipient, must pay the difference in price. Or you may receive a credit for the original purchase price to be used at any time on oludar.com. Please contact customer service at customercare@oludar.com. Certain restrictions apply to any return or exchange, including for altered or personalized products, sale and other non-returnable products.
