DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You can shop at Oludar without creating an account. However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Track your orders and review past purchases
  • Request a return directly from your account
  • Add sold out items and products you love to your wish list
  • Preview our new collections
  • Save your address and card details so you can shop faster next time

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS?

We offer ground shipping via USPS On all U.S. orders. It will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days at a cost of $20.

  • Express/second day delivery - $25 your order must reach us by 2 p.m. (Eastern Time). It will normally be delivered within two business days. 
  • Overnight delivery - $35 your order must reach us by 2 p.m. (Eastern Time). It will normally be delivered the following working day.

You, or an authorized person, must sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, USPS will leave a re-delivery slip. We cannot ship to post office boxes, APO/FPO addresses or a hotel or motel address. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam and all other U.S. possessions and territories situated outside North America.


WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES?

Returns

You may return any product ordered on the oludar.com website for refund or exchange within sixty (60) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. The original invoice must be provided with any return.

To return a product, send an e-mail to customercare@oludar.com with the subject “return authorization”. We will provide a return authorization number which you will need to include when sending back your return. For more information on returns please see terms and conditions of sale.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, please contact customer service at customercare@oludar.com. If you received an item as a gift from oludar.com, you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value within sixty (60) days of delivery. You, the gift recipient, must pay the difference in price. Please contact customer service at customercare@oludar.com.

Certain restrictions apply to any return or exchange, including for altered or personalized products, sale and other non-returnable products. Please see terms and conditions of sale.


HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at customercare@oludar.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but in some cases we will be unable to cancel orders, such as orders that have already shipped.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

If you have registered, you can follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting my account followed by order status.


WHEN I PUT SOMETHING IN MY SHOPPING CART, DOES IT MEAN THE ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE?

Item availability is checked when you complete the purchase and your order is processed. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not ensure its availability when you are ready to make your purchase, and all orders are subject to product availability.


IS GIFT WRAPPING AVAILABLE?

No.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Oludar may also ship to select countries and territories outside of the united states. If you are interested in placing an order to be shipped outside of the united states, please send an e-mail to customercare@oludar.com with the subject “international shipping”. Please include the item sku, the city/country you reside, the desired shipping address, and the postal code. We will respond within three business days once we determine shipping costs, and if we are able to ship to your desired address.


HOW IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFEGUARDED?

When you place an order or access your account information, we use a secure socket layer (ssl) encryption that encrypts your information before it is sent to us to protect it from unauthorized use. In addition, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that third party business partners’ to whom we transfer any data will provide sufficient protection of that personal information.
 

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?

In order to use certain features of the site, we may collect or you may be asked to provide your email address, name, mailing address, telephone number, billing information, gender, birth-date, message and gift recipients’ names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses. IS SALES TAX APPLIED TO MY ORDER?

Oludar charges state, local and county taxes for online transactions based on shipping address and as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax. Applicable state taxes will be applied to orders shipped to North Carolina.
